Rodney O’Neal

Mr. Rodney O’Neal, also known as Rod, has been an Advisor to Delphi Automotive PLC since March 1, 2015. Mr. O’Neal served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Delphi Automotive PLC from October 6, 2009 to March 1, 2015. Mr. O’Neal served as the Chief Executive Officer at Delphi Holdings, LLC since January 2007. He was responsible for all Delphi operating units, its three regional operations, sales and marketing, global purchasing and logistics, and the company’s business support and service staffs.

Mr. O’Neal served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Steering Solutions Services Corporation (alternate name Delphi Steering Systems). He serves as a Special Advisor of Merrick Ventures, LLC. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of DPH Holdings Corp. (formerly Delphi Corp.) since January 2005. He served as a General Manager of Delphi Interior & Lighting Systems from May 1997 to 1998. He served as the President of Delphi Corp.’s Dynamics, Propulsion, Thermal & Interior Sector, from January 2003 to January 2005. He served as a Vice President and President of Delphi Interior Systems since November 1998. 

Mr. O’Neal served as a Director at Delphi Automotive PLC from May 2011 to March 1, 2015. He served as an Executive Director of Delphi Corp. since January 2005 and also served as its Member of Strategy Board. He served as a Director of Woodward, Inc. (formerly Woodward Governor Company) from 1999 to March 2004. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. O’Neal served as a Director of manufacturing for ACG Worldwide.
